Chief Executive Officer

Jim Criniti

Jim Criniti is the CEO of ZOOM DRAIN Franchise. As a military veteran, he knows that great operational systems are the hallmarks of success. With help from great mentors and business coaches, he’s grown his business from one used white truck into a multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning company. He then helped transform that model into a growing franchise system that operates from coast-to-coast.

Ellen Rohr

Ellen Rohr is President of ZOOM DRAIN Franchise. Ellen started out in this industry as a plumber’s wife who got involved in her husband’s company after his business partner died unexpectedly. She soon became president of a home service company that she helped grow from zero to $40 million in franchise sales and 47 locations in less than two years. Ellen is an expert at helping contractors learn business basics and how to focus on the few things that have the biggest impact on their business. Ellen is a columnist for Huffington Post, PHC News, business journals and trade magazines around the country, providing in-the-trenches insight that business owners can relate to.

Franchise Support Director

Christina Dear

As the Franchise Support Director, Christina ensures that each ZOOM DRAIN location nationwide is set up for success and profitable growth through exceptional training programs and support. Having been in the drain and sewer industry her entire life, Christina joined the family business in 2018 as a Customer Service Coordinator, but has worked in every sector of the business since, actioning anything that needed attention. As she honed her leadership skills, she quickly transitioned into elevated roles within the company. Prior to joining ZOOM DRAIN, Christina spent eight years in a leadership role at an established clothing manufacturer.

Fleet and Warehouse Manager

Eric Paolucci

ZOOM DRAIN Fleet and Warehouse Manager Eric Paolucci started as an apprentice at ZOOM DRAIN in 2010. Before joining the ZOOM DRAIN family, he worked in construction. Through his dedication to the brand and his hard work, Eric’s role within the company evolved. He eventually became the Install Manager and Partner of the Philadelphia location. Eventually, Eric joined ZOOM DRAIN Franchise as the Fleet and Warehouse Manager, In this role, he oversees the installation department’s daily operations, prepares and reviews jobs and manages the warehouse, including overseeing all ZOOM DRAIN’s vehicles and specialized equipment. He works with franchisees regarding truck procurement and outfitting.

Senior Director of Franchise Marketing

Patrick Convery

As the Senior Director of Franchise Marketing at ZOOM DRAIN, Patrick is responsible for driving the ZOOM DRAIN brand while implementing his specialized blend of leadership and customer service to build successful strategies for customer acquisition, referrals, and recruitment. As a proud alum of Temple University, he has spent close to a decade in franchise development, constructing innovative ideas and procedures in various high-level marketing positions – most recently as the Media Director for MRINetwork, a well-established recruitment-based franchisor. Some of Patrick’s previous roles highlight his passions, which include content development, personal branding, and marketing training/consultation.

Director of Human Resources

Amy O'Sullivan

Amy O’Sullivan is ZOOM DRAIN’s Director of Human Resources and a member of the company’s executive team. Amy oversees all ZOOM DRAIN HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and policy development.

With more than 15 years of professional human resources experience, Amy provides counsel and support to ZOOM DRAIN’s team of directors and managers to help them achieve strategic and operational goals while mitigating risk. Along with a strong business acumen, her comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, retention, compensation, labor relations, policy interpretation, training, and communication help drive ZOOM DRAIN’s efforts to be an exceptional place to work.

Amy is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
