 ZOOM DRAIN can be a huge added value to an existing plumbing or home services business. But, while industry experience is always helpful, it is not required. As we have improved our processes and training over the years, we have made it increasingly possible for experienced entrepreneurs to invest in a ZOOM DRAIN franchise and hire competent managers and technicians to handle the more technical parts of the business.

And if you don’t have experience in home services? That’s okay. We are looking for people who are savvy enough to recognize the growth opportunities in this industry, and with ZOOM DRAIN in particular. Both experienced investors and new entrepreneurs welcome.

 We’re looking for people who will fit our culture and who will be a good fit with our franchise family.

 “What makes it particularly a good time to get involved is, we’re still at the beginning,” says Ellen Rohr, co-founder and COO. “Imagine being with McDonald’s at the beginning. Imagine being one of the first 20 franchisees. We don’t have a franchisee advisory council yet because I can get all of my franchisees in a room and talk to them.”

 Long Island franchisee Jason Kim wasn’t too sure about Rohr’s approach at first — but he’s a total convert now.

 “We gave Ellen a lot of crap in the first year or two for passing on potential franchisees who wanted in because she didn’t think they fit the culture that she wanted to build,” Kim says. “And in hindsight, I think she was absolutely right and has done just a stellar job of assembling the right candidates, the right franchisees who have the right culture, have the right mindset, and are just good people. That’s super rewarding to be around when you’re in a room with them.”
