Jim Criniti
Jim Criniti is the CEO of ZOOM DRAIN Franchise. As a military veteran, he knows that great operational systems are the hallmarks of success. With help from great mentors and business coaches, he’s grown his business from one used white truck into a multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning company. He then helped transform that model into a growing franchise system that operates from coast-to-coast.

Jim Foley
Jim Foley is the Brand President of ZOOM DRAIN Franchise, bringing decades of experience in franchise development, operations, and leadership. With a career spanning multiple industry-leading franchise brands, he excels in building strong franchisee relationships, coaching teams to success, and driving business growth through strategic planning and financial acumen.
Prior to joining ZOOM DRAIN, Jim served as Senior Vice President at Vanguard Cleaning Systems, where he led operational growth and franchise support for over 15 years. He also held executive leadership roles at California Closets, both at the corporate and franchise levels, where he specialized in operational excellence, P&L management, and leadership development. His expertise in risk mitigation, KPI accountability, and business process optimization has made him a trusted advisor and mentor within the franchising industry.
With an MBA in Organizational Development from California Lutheran University and a BBA in Finance & Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University, Jim combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to brand leadership. His ability to foster high-performing teams and implement scalable systems ensures that ZOOM DRAIN continues to thrive as a leading service brand.

Patrick Convery
Patrick Convery is the Senior Director of Franchise Marketing at ZOOM DRAIN, where he leads brand strategy and marketing training designed to drive franchise growth. With a decade of experience in franchising, he specializes in storytelling and scalable marketing systems that help franchisees execute locally and win consistently. Prior to ZOOM DRAIN, Patrick was Media Director at MRINetwork, one of the world’s leading executive search franchisors, supporting elite recruitment firms through marketing and personal branding programs.
A proud Temple University alum, Patrick is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and building scalable marketing systems that help people and brands reach their full potential.

Director of Franchise Operations
Christina Dear
With over a decade of leadership experience and a deep understanding of operations, Christina Dear currently serves as the Director of Operations at ZOOM DRAIN, where she oversees strategic performance across franchise locations nationwide. A franchise owner herself, she leads ZOOM DRAIN of South Florida, applying her firsthand operational knowledge to drive growth and profitability.
Christina began her journey with ZOOM DRAIN in 2018 as a Customer Service Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Franchise Support Director and eventually overseeing partner development and operational strategy. Her leadership is grounded in years of experience in retail management with Gap Inc., where she held multiple leadership roles before transitioning into the trades industry.
A results-driven leader, Christina is passionate about empowering franchisees, streamlining operations, and building systems that scale. Her dynamic background uniquely positions her to understand both the corporate and ownership sides of the business.


Fleet and Warehouse Manager
Eric Paolucci
ZOOM DRAIN Fleet and Warehouse Manager Eric Paolucci started as an apprentice at ZOOM DRAIN in 2010. Before joining the ZOOM DRAIN family, he worked in construction. Through his dedication to the brand and his hard work, Eric’s role within the company evolved. He eventually became the Install Manager and Partner of the Philadelphia location. Eventually, Eric joined ZOOM DRAIN Franchise as the Fleet and Warehouse Manager, In this role, he oversees the installation department’s daily operations, prepares and reviews jobs and manages the warehouse, including overseeing all ZOOM DRAIN’s vehicles and specialized equipment. He works with franchisees regarding truck procurement and outfitting.
